NEW SCHEDULE BEGIN AUGUST 28th
Grand Master Bill Cho seeks out Masters like himself, whose passion for people is equal to or greater than their desire to simply teach. He has built a team of Master's who not only want to train the body on technique, but desire to train the hearts and minds of his students; to help them achieve their best selves both on and off the mats. Grand Master Cho is highly recognized for his achievements, and he shares his experience, skill and expertise with all his students.
Students train at our state-of-the-art Dojang based in Roselle, IL. We are centrally located in the tri-village of Roselle, Bloomingdale and Itasca at: 1302 W Lake Street, Roselle, IL 60172
Bill Cho's United Taekwondo Center is committed to providing the highest quality martial arts instruction; empowering our students with valuable skills for daily life, and contributing to a safe and peaceful community. Taekwondo can be a fun, educational and healthy way for students to not only keep physically fit, but to learn respect and how to understand and resolve conflicts peacefully.
Though Taekwondo is translated to "Kicking, Punching, Way of Life"; it is the latter, the "Way of Life", that we at Bill Cho's United Taekwondo Center hold in a much higher regard. More important than any technique or skill that we will teach our students, are the life skills such as respect, self-control, positive attitude, focus and discipline. With these life skills as a foundation for our training, we give our students the ability to reach their full potential, and help them succeed in any endeavor they may choose to take on.
Bill Cho's United Taekwondo Center has specially designed adult classes that focus on improving your endurance, cardiovascular health and overall fitness. Our classes are never dull or boring, and are filled with energy that is sure to get your heart pumping and put a smile on your face. a description about your adult classes
Being able to defend yourself or your loved ones in a threatening situation is the #1 reason people give for wanting to learn a martial art.
Bill Cho's United Taekwondo Center trains your body and mind; teaching you to assess your situation, and react quickly and confidently to impair your attacker and keep you and your loved ones safe.
Accomplishing short term goals leads to feelings of success. Our Bill Cho Taekwondo Master's are trained to recognize your child's strengths and to build upon those. We help them attain their short term goals, the bigger goal of Black Belt and more importantly "Black Belt Attitude".

Taekwondo knows no age. There is no age limit on becoming strong and healthy. Taekwondo has numerous health benefits, and Bill Cho's United Taekwondo Center is teaching students from age 3 to 93!
Bill Cho's United Taekwondo Center students must pass a form, combo-kick and self-defense test to earn a higher rank. Promotional testing is an exciting event for us! We hold a graduation every two months. Parents and friends are invited to come and watch. No classes are held on testing days. After a successful testing, the student is awarded a new rank and belt.
This depends somewhat on age (young children may take longer), your abilities, and how much time you can devote to classes and personal workouts. It takes most students 90 - 120 hours, spread out over 15 – 18 months of in-class training under the supervision of a Certified Instructor to achieve the rank of Red Belt. At this point, self-defense should be automatic and instinctive. After Red Belt it takes another 10 – 14 months to earn the rank of First Degree Black Belt.
If you have questions about the opportunities available to you in our Bill Cho Taekwondo program, send us a message. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
